Job Description

To oversee daily operations including the planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects thereby ensuring that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the required duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.



  • Management to provide  outstanding customer service to clients.
  • Review or assist in reviewing project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project and available resources
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as contract plans and specifications
  • Prepare claims as needed
  • Coordinate or assist with coordination of project activities
  • Review status report and modify schedules or plans as required for review
  • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Manage the process to ensure that documented commitments made in the developmental phases of a project are implemented at the proper time
  • Attend project status meetings and assist in problem solving efforts
  • Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.
  • Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's  degree in relevant field or the equivalent of training, education and experience
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft office and database software
  • 2 to 3 years planning and/or management experience
  • Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools
  • Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high volume environment Organized, detail and results oriented
