Job Details

• Create the distribution channel for the company’s products

Initiate sales process by prospecting, understanding business needs, pitching, developing proposals and closing sales deals

• Deliver the company’s sales and profitability target

• Build the company’s brand and make it the preferred brand

Monitor the market and provide high quality market intelligence report to the organization

 

Task/Role Complexity:

Research the trade for needs and unmet demands

Prospect and win distribution channels (customers) that will move the company’s products

Assess client’s individual needs and come up with solutions and arrangements that will satisfactorily and profitably meet those needs

Service these distribution channels satisfactorily at all times and build brand loyalty

Identify new markets and channels and continually expand distribution network

Active involvement in the conceptualization, design and production of customer service model propositions

Perform prompt collection of all payments while ensuring full compliance with payment terms

Develop and maintaining relationships with customers through visits, telephone calls and emails
