- Write or review security-related documents and tactical or strategic initiatives.
- Develop periodic security assessment report for Management.
- Train and oversee subordinate security professionals in security rules and procedures.
- Plan security for special and high-risk events.
- Develop budgets for security operations.
- Create or implement security standards, policies and procedures.
- Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate security operations with public law enforcement, fire & other agencies.
- BSc/HND in Security Management or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate working experience in the security industry
- Must have competency in Security business strategy implementation as well as operations.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
