Construction Company seeks to recruit an experienced Brand Manager who is passionate about delivering innovative marketing campaigns, who would join a dynamic and fast-paced team.


Position Overview

  • Analyse our brand perception, consumer behaviour and position in the market.
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and ensure strategies align accordingly.
  • Translate brand strategies into tactics, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies including social media management.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Create/maintain a USP for the company as well as brand the operational sectors of the company independently
  • Prepare long and short term innovative brand plans and organise events tailored to achieving stated goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on all phases of marketing plan development.
  • Recommend, organise and implement overall go-to-market strategy, promotional enhancements, localization, monetization opportunities and brand extension activities.


Qualifications and Requirements;

  • Brand management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
  • Masters or other professional qualification in related field would be an added advantage
