We provide a unique combination of on-demand, time-sensitive, door-to-door services within Nigeria. We are in immediate need of an Operations Supervisor to be based in Lagos-Nigeria
The primary purpose of this role is to manage all in-house and branch operational activities, delivering on service quality performance, whilst ensuring a professional image of our brand is maintained at all times.
It’s an operations supervisor’s job to ensure an organization is running optimally, with smooth and efficient services that meets the expectations and needs of customers, clients and staff.
The operations supervisors’ duties will include, but not limited to:
Organize the operational structure, procedures and resources; ensure effective performance of people and processes.
Encourage and develop new ideas for procedures and systems in order to continuously improve the ability of the operational system to promote service to customers.
Manage, measure, review and take corrective actions in order to ensure that inbound & outbound service quality meets customer requirements and company standards.
Ensure all pick-ups are performed on time to meet committed service standards, with correct documentations.
