- Develop operational processes, structure, and framework to guide the daily operations of the company
- Ensure total compliance with the company’s standard operations policy(SOP).
- Ensure inventory management, supply chain, and distribution of goods seamlessly
- Develop operational budget
- Manage vendors management
- Facility and assets management of the organization
- A good degree from a recognized University.
- MBA will be added advantage
- Good knowledge of nationwide distribution channels.
- High Computer proficiency .
- Ability to use inventory and warehousing software efficiently
- Good presentation and communications skills
- Must have minimum of 8 years experience in operations management in FMCG
