- Responsible for running day to day administrative errands of the school such as delivering documents, maintaining files and record keeping systems.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Responsible for receiving parents and other guests and also receiving incoming telephone calls and mails.
- Deal with correspondence, collating information, lecture time table and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to relevant recipients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
