The BAKERY MANAGER will;
- Be responsible firstly for the quality of the products;
- Ensure that the standards of the bakery are respected by the employees.
- Establish the prices, hire new personnel and offer them training, analyse the consistency and quality of the products, make the inventory and manage the budget.
- Process deliveries, collaborating with the vendors concerning orders and making sure that there are enough products on the stock.
- Resolve customer complaints
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years practical experience working in a Bakery as a Supervisor or Manager.
- Must be willing to work in Ibadan
