- Liasing with clients to ensure optimal use of event space and meeting revenue targets.
- Researching market to identify opportunities for events.
- Coordinating venue Management and service providers for events.
- Coordinate details of all events
- Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
- Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners.
- Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote events
- Handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
- Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis) and producing reports of events
- Planning room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations
- Promote events using flyers, cold calling , Radio Jingles , TV adverts and social media as a way to spark attention.
- Define Company brand through events
- Manage Hotel Club activities.
