Xollus is looking for an experienced Business Development Analyst to work with Xollus management in expanding Xollus’ client base. The Business Development Analyst will work with Xollus management to identify and close business opportunities that will leverage the full range of Xollus’ service offerings and ecommerce solutions. The right candidate must have sales experience, networking and negotiating skills as well as the ability to identify new business opportunities. The right candidate must have experience selling to senior executives.

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities, prioritize pursuits, and lead the sales process including making sales calls, developing compelling sales proposals and presentations, and travelling to client sites to present, discuss and/or negotiate new business ventures.
- Create and execute strategic and tactical sales plans that will drive new business opportunities.
- Analyze and understand potential customers’ businesses and discuss issues from the potential customers’ perspectives to identify sales opportunities.
- Cultivate business relationships and expand contacts through networking, industry events and collaborative marketing to secure new business.
What skills you need to bring to the table:
- A self-starter who can drive value and create opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, including identification of leads and opportunities, pre-sales and post-sales support and client relationship management.
- Superior written, communication and presentation skills; proven ability to communicate strategic concepts verbally and in writing to all audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels, including company executives.
- Ability to travel at a minimum 50% of the time.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
