REPORTS TO: Managing Director



Increase sales in order to meet revenue plan by:

Making sales calls to potential and existing customers in order to secure sales opportunities. 

Carry out electrical installations/servicesfor customers 



Secure Sales Opportunities

Generate leads (referrals, online, telephone and walk-in prospects), 

Follow up leads with sales calls, identifying customers’ needs, preparing proposals and presenting Neeco’s solutions (products and services), 

Get invitations to bidand respond to customers’ requests for quote, 

Win purchase orders. 


You must be able to penetrate customers and establish sales relationship, and ultimately sell company’s goods and services.

  • Grow existing business 
  • By frequently calling on customers to find out their needs, gathering information on current and future projects, personnel appointments, new opportunities, and winning a coach in customer’s organization
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and confidence by
  • Meeting project contractual obligations with respect to quality, delivery schedule, post-sale service, and service standards. 
  • You must find ways to please customers.


Sales Fulfillment 

  • Respond to customers’ requests for quote, follow up customer to win business, facilitate delivery while providing excellent customer experience
  • Business development/market intelligence
  • Carry out SWOT analysis on competitors, understand competitors’ advantage, pricing, business strategies, coaches, etc.
  • Maintain safe and consistent performance 
  • By following standards and procedures; complying with company ethics, rules and regulations.


Improve selling/job skills

By participating in all relevant employee development programs.

Contribute to organization success

By accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills and striving to improve team results.

HND, BSC (Electrical Engineering)


Job Experience

At least 3 years hands-on experience in electrical power installations. 


Must be good with

Circuit diagrams

Installation of sub-stations/transformers



Not compulsory but will be an advantage



Driver’s license


Equipment Skills

Driving a manual transmission sedan (at least 3years experience), Personal computer


Software Skills

MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point


Other Skills

Good analytical and numerical skills. Good oral and written communication skills (to communicate technical information to non-technical persons), interpersonal skills required to develop business relationships.

Honest, hardworking and trustworthy, friendly, courteous, smart, bold and self-confident to face various audiences, enjoys working with public.

Tax Status




Between N60,000 – N80,000 take home 



Good knowledge of the oil and gas industry activities and personnel will be an advantage
