Job Description;

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
  • Meet the annual sales targets outlined for each product.
  • Ensures service quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation of performance.
  • Oversees the financial activities of the organization including budgeting, performance reporting (cash, profit and assets).
  • Works with all stakeholders in securing the growth, profitability and sustainability of the Company.
  • Keeps the Country manager fully informed of Company’s performance and all the important factors influencing it. Also, informs the country manager about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy- making.
  • Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the country manager and, facilitates discussion and deliberation.
  • Recommends policy positions.
  • Provides general oversight of all Company activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and ensures a smoothly functioning, effective and efficient organization.



  • Experience in the Telecoms/Mobile app field is a must.
  • The candidate to be considered must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s degree in related fields is an added advantage.
  • This individual must demonstrate critical competencies in four broad categories:
  • Commitment to results, business savvy, leading change, and motivating.
  •  Open to Expatriates as long as requirements are met
