This individual will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all of the company's equipment, responsible for the development and implementation of a thorough preventative maintenance plan and the ability to keep an organized/clean/safe shop area.

The Legal Officer shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements. The Legal Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the real estate industry.
