Good points, but what else can you do, if after you’ve done all these and more, someone else was promoted, while you’re saddled with the responsibility of training and overseeing the person’s activities with your present post/title. That is, the person get the title/post, but you’re doing most of the work because of your overall contributions and the value you’re bringing on board.

    • Hi Solomon, this would be a very awkward and odd situation but my advice will be to train the person being brought on board to the best of your ability, you’ll be glad you did on the long run. This is actually a great opportunity to build a relationship.   2. What if you work so hard every day only for you to find out your colleagues earn higher than you. Do you just keep quite knowing that if u talk about you salary you might be sacked.
