Jobberman Learning, the educational and training arm of Jobberman recently accomplished yet another feat by organizing a free Digital Marketing & Strategy training for over 600 youths at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) on April 2, 2016.
This was achieved through a collaborative effort between Jobberman Learning and Livity Africa to host the just-concluded training, which was sponsored by Google.
The training was designed to provide job seekers and young professionals the basic knowledge of digital marketing as well as improve their online business competencies and employability.
It is apparently no longer news that there exists a huge disparity between the skill set employers expect university graduates to possess and the reality of what the institutions eventually churn out.
In its quest to bridge this gap and reduce the worrisome statistics of unemployment in the country, Jobberman remains in the forefront of the campaign of empowering job seekers especially Nigerian graduates with relevant skills to enable them compete in the ever-evolving market.
Jobberman Learning is a subsidiary of Jobberman, with a mission to provide people with relevant education and trainings for the job market as a way of bridging the gap between the required skill set employers expect from university graduates in comparison with the reality of the employability of most Nigerian graduates.
