Frank Donga Takes His Job Search International in New Comedy Skit
Watch the video below:
Hilarious and serial job seeker Frank Donga is back in a new skit where he trades a physical interview for an online one.
Appearing in his trademark pink shirt and tie, this time, Donga tries his luck in an interactive online video interview, ‘Go Places’ by Heineken International, where he has to answer questions from a British interviewer.
The ‘Go Places’ interview, according to the organisers, is an interactive storytelling game that takes participants through an adventure of questions while also adopting elements of the global Heineken Company culture. ‘Go places’ will also focus on talents and human resources in Nigeria and across the rest of Africa.
In ‘Go Places,’ Players (candidates) are taken through a total of 12 questions. For each question, they are expected to provide answers under three to five seconds.
One interesting thing about ‘Go Places’ is how the organisers have converted a regular job interview into a punchy, colorful collage of life-defining decisions.
The engaging video interview is modelled after the Enneagram test and delivers a fun and exciting edge to the typical corporate recruiting process.
Go Places also illustrates the distinctive and exciting culture prospective recruits should expect to experience working at Nigerian Breweries Plc. in Nigeria and at any of the 170 Heineken companies located in 70 countries around the world.
Speaking at the launch, Human Resource Director, Nigerian Breweries, Victor Famuyibo explained that “the Heineken Go Places campaign demonstrates Nigerian Breweries’ positioning as a world-class company; employing the use of modern technology to attract and retain young gifted Nigerians; thus, raising the bar for HR recruitment programmes, whilst providing enjoyable and high-quality fun content for young individuals seeking new opportunities for career development.”
He added that the company leverages on the creativity deposited within its human resource base to create quality products and business processes that help customers operate more effectively.

Great job! I think it will be a good start of the career. Especially for students who have just graduated from college and have not yet decided where to go on it. All they need is just to write the application. It’s really so simple and convenient, very grateful such huge companies for the provision of opportunities for growth. Good luck!
