RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customers complaints according to the guidelines and policies of the company;
  • Making sure that customers are satisfied on their inquiries;
  • Making sure that the complaints of customers are valid without complications;
  • Being able to proffer solutions that relate to customer care services in the organization;
  • Making sure that customers telephone calls are answered and appropriate call transfers are enhanced;
  • Taking up some administrative roles such as arrangement of files   appropriately;
  • He or She must be able to establish good customer relationship;8. Must be able to perform some clerical functions or tasks    

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum of HND in required field.
  • Enthusiasm reliability and the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be skilled with the computer and MS Word Software.
  • 1-3 years working experience.
