Purpose of the Position
The main objective of recruiting the Client Service Assistant Manager is to source for clients and maintain relationship between Company and its clients. The person will work with the Head, Client Service and other team members to create an overall Marketing strategy to increase company’s client portfolio and maintain client’s relationships, She will also be expected to generate presentations as well as regularly write proposals to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to gain competitive advantage.
- Source for new clients and develop retention strategy
- Ensure pictures are taken and sent to clients timely.
- Regularly relates with clients to effectively deliver agreed deliverables/ deviations on posting contracts.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of in charge dates.
- Prepare and submit weekly and quarterly report.
- Effectively execute and interpret client’s brief
- Ensure daily management of accounts.
- Regular submission of updated vacant sites to clients
- Develop and regularly maintain mailing schedules.
