JOB DUTIES:

  • To obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • To determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • To establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
  • To informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information and maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

SKILLS:
Good Verbal Communication and listening ability, Phone Skills, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking.

QUALIFICATION:
OND/HND/B.Sc and other related qualifications.
