Responsibilities:

  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted company practices
  • Make and receive calls in a professional manner
  • Answer questions and address concerns via phone or email within a reasonable time frame
  • Process customer paperwork and prioritize all incoming driver paperwork

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
