Our company is a limited liability company incorporated in the year 2000 for the purposes of maritime operations, haulage, warehousing and operating a bonded terminal. Our clients spread across all industries and are majorly multinational corporations.
We seek to engage the service of a highly qualified candidate for the position of a Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO.
The right candidate must be able to organise the MD's office and itinery unsupervised.
The right candidate must be able to make certain decisions on behalf of the MD's office at the absence of the MD.
The ideal candidate must be able very good with documentations and will be expected to follow up on other official issues that may arise in the office from time to time.
May be expected to travel with the MD or serve as his protocol during his many trips.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the MD/CEO from time to time
Must have a first degree in secretarial administration or accounting
Must be very good in the use of computer
Must have a minimum work experience of at least 7 years.
Friendly but firm
Ability to work unsupervised.
Confidentiality and must be able to work with flexibility.
A good communicator
