- Develop and maintain a good client database
- Interface with Health Management Organization and other Vendors.
- Processing of Bills
- Posting of bills on excel spreadsheet.
- Preparing the monthly Income and Expenses Statement.
- Preparing Monthly Reports.
- Follow-up on submitted Medical Bills.
- Sending out a reminder for scheduled client appointment and birthday text messages to clients.
- Ensure that bills are properly dispatched to respective companies that have retainership agreement.
- Reconcile all payments by companies that have retainership agreement with the bill sent out.
- Attending to Clients needs (one-on-one and via phone calls).
- Assist in the sales of Products.
- Assist in screening programs.
- Reconcile clients outstanding.
- Constant check of company’s mail and responding to inquiries.
- Updating of Stocks purchased monthly.
- Must be a Young and Dynamic female
- Must be very computer Literate
- Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Very Important).
- Must reside in Ikorodu/Mile 12/Ketu/Ojota AREAS.
- Must be fluent in English and Yoruba language.
- Excellent human relationship skills.
