Our client is a Fintech (e-billing and e-payment) company with the overall concept of value creation. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive the company to the next level of growth. The person will be responsible for building market position by identifying opportunities, analyzing, negotiating and closing business relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies industry pacesetter, their market shares, their ideas and philosophy.
  • Identify and prospect for potential clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Identify the decision makers and other contacts within the client organization that are important for business closures.
  • Working to close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  • You will manage all contractual obligations and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities
  • Create and articulate new sales forecast, prepare and continously update a detailed business plan to track businesses and manage its opportunity to closure.
  • Present new products and services that will enhance existing relationships.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
  • Works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organisation to achieve a common goal.

 

Requirements:

  • A good knowledge of the operations and requirements of e-commerce industry.
  • A BSc degree or equivalent qualification is necessary. In addition MBA and professional certification in business development and marketing and other relevant areas will be an added advantage.
  • A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential in the role of business development resource.
  • Business development resource need a strong track record of business-to-business done at a corporate level.
  • A Business development resource person requires to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful business development resource.
  • Negotiation skill is required for closing deals with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.
  • Must be able to use and operate Microsoft Office and associated programs to manager his/her work
