Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing a relevant solution to customers challenges with our products and services.
  • Receiving and listening to customers  complain.
  • Making the first client contact and ensuring the company-clients deal is closed.
  • Using social media to advertise company's products and build relationship with new Clients.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Being professional, flexible and amicable.
  • Being enthusiastic, thorough and confident.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to speak ibibio (Akwa-Ibom) language is an added advantage.
