Our company requires the services of a candidate possessing the experience and capacity to manage the Business Development requirements of the McDorsey Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) platform. This is a NON TECHNICAL ROLE.
Our AMC platform offers the companies in Nigeria affordable and professional after sales support services for all IT/electronics and mechanical equipment. For companies signed on to our AMC platform, whenever their office device or equipment malfunctions or becomes defective, McDorsey assigns a technical staff to that company to provide immediate resolution without their need to make any payment at point of accessing our services.
As the name Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) connotes, companies that sign on to McDorsey’s AMC Platform enjoy all year round support of their office IT/electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The AMC minimizes their expenses and offers ‘around the clock’/24 hours access to our support services.

Preventive Maintenance: Every month our engineers shall visit client’s office for a performance and preventive check, apart from the normal scheduled calls.
Temporary Device Replacement: Subject to agreement, if any of devices has a problem that can’t be repaired immediately, MSCL provides Loaner/Temporary Equipment Replacement during the time device is being repaired. This will ensure there is no ‘down time’ in operations while repairs are being undertaken.
Dedicated Engineer: For organizations with over 100 (One Hundred) devices under AMC, MSCL offers a dedicated engineer to exclusively work within the organization at no added cost.
