We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Care Assistant to help manage customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer care service with every existing and potential customer
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely manner (phone and email)
- Resolve customer issues in a quick manner
- Quality customer interaction to promote products and services
- Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge
- Provide product/service support
- Maintain ongoing relationship with customers (regular check-up)
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of iDeyPay in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Enjoy talking to people - 90% of the time will be on the telephone talking to customers
- Understand customer service - keep our new and existing customers happy
- Proficiency in English
- Good Phone etiquette - You are on the front lines with the customer at all times
- Build Relationships - Customers rely on YOU!
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Must be a computer literate and proficient in the use of smart phones
- Must have a minimum of HND/Bachelors degree in any field
