Responsibility:

1, Management of vehicles: SUV, Truck.

2, Keep Attendence for all the staff.

3, Manage company social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter.

4, Procurement & Maintance of office supplies and equipment.

5, Report formulation: Daily,weekly & monthly sales report, update of sales list, new customer report.

6, Paperwork of PI.

7, Plan ansd execute the delivery.

 

Requirement:

1, More than 3 years of experience in administrative.

2, Full of responsibility and integrity.

3, Good communication and coordination skills.

4,Good at operation MS office Word, Excel and PPT.

 

Salary range:

60k-80k/month
