ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming customer calls and determine their requirements
  • Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up in CRM(Customer Relationship Management)
  • Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information necessary to process orders
  • Work with Account Managers, Technical Support, Training, Finance, and Sales to ensure customer’s questions are resolved
  • Handle irate customers in a professional manner
  • Record all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience with the Online Store websites
  • Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent attention to details is a must
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to correctly calculate figures and amounts
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent grammar, verbal, and written skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, resourceful and well organized
