About Us

Aphroden Ltd are a media services compary providing a wide range of services from photography, video, graphics and print. Since our inception, we have hosted and worked with several events across Nigeria, provided various media services, collaborated with some key figures in creative industries and are currently expanding our business. Following the launch of our new visual studio we require a receptionist for that location.

 

The Position Description

  • We require well-groomed, attractive, energetic and social people to welcome and provide information about the brand, products and services to visitors who come to this branch.
  • If you are selected for the job, you will undergo our orientation process which involves basic media training and our customer relations management systems and protocols. 
  • We also have some interviews with well-known personalities which you may be involved in if you display aptitude to be a TV presenter. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with visitors at the front desk and maintaining customer relationships
  • Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls and messages
  • Projecting a positive image of the company
  • Working with set targets

 

Requirements:

  • Must be well-groomed.
  • Must be outgoing, energetic and able to speak English well
  • Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals.
  • Have some basic computer skills
  • Candidates must reside in Lagos
