As the successful candidate you will have:- 

  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Previous experience of undertaking valuations including asset valuations, assets management plan and general estate management duties.
  • Experience of financial management.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds and organizations.
  • The ability to drive for work purposes and possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Significant experience in execution of real estate sales and marketing with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
  • Be highly computer literate with proficiency in use of MS Office Suite
  • Be adept in the use of social media in driving sales and marketing activities
  • Possess professional writing, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
