The Company makes use of state of the art innovations to provide Facility Management and Project Management Services, delivering excellent services to telecoms companies, internet services providers and others.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with monthly sales targets to source for Design, Construction, Renovation, Interior Decor and Branding projects
  • Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Find new sales leads and opportunities through referals and by leveraging on network of contact
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, services, processes 

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to work with sales targets (with opportunity for commission)
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily
  • Possess self-confidence and ability to manage territories effectively
  • Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills
  • Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
