The Company is an E-Commerce Company focused on retailing traditional fabrics.
The ideal candidate is expected to provide strategic direction in the area of marketing (both traditional and digital) and ensure sale of products through B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Optimize sales performance through both online and offline sales channels
- Identify target audience, agents, influencers and others potential customers
- Maximize revenues through agent identification, activations/registrations and ensure optimum sales performance using strategic and proactive marketing and promotional tools
- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Analysing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends
- Carry out marketing analysis to support the delivery of efficient and effective promotional campaigns with cost efficiency at the core.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Identify and communicate to Management, potential and commercially viable products at competitive prices by analysing consumer needs, buying patterns and market trends
- Manage new and existing clients by providing excellent service
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Up to five (5) years experience is a Sales role with Knowledge of both Digital and Traditional Marketing strategies
- Up to three (3) years experience in an E-Commerce company
- Ability to work with set sales and revenue targets
- Experience working within a high pressure environment
- Technology background is advantageous
- Large social and professional network
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
