Job Description:

We are currently seeking smart and passionate candidates that will provide client application support, maintenance and training to clients in the banking industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide requirements gathering from business users for new software implementation
  • Provide client support and training on how to use software
  • Interface between client's IT department and business users during implementation, support, maintenance and training

 

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic accounting required
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Must be flexible to travel at short notice to client locations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience working in a bank or familiarity with banking software applications is a plus
