Description

McDorsey Service Company Limited (www[dot]mcdorsey[dot]com) is looking to hire a Training Manager whose responsibility will be to manage the McDorseyTraining program from end-to-end.

The McDorsey Training Program transfers to member of the public expertise/skills in the technical support/repairs of a wide range of electronic devices.

McDorsey operates a Training Program  in many states in Nigeria where member of the public can enroll for a 1 (one)  month program to become proficient in repairs of Mobile Phones, Tablets, Satalite TV Decoders (STBs) , Computers etc. The objective of the McDorsey Training Program is to make students self employed and earn their own income immediately after conclusion of Training.

The candidate will be in charge of ensuring the program continues to be a success with targeted monthly enrollment figures met.

The responsibility/Job Description of the Training Manager will include: 

  • Design sales/marketing strategies  to secure registration for the training program
  • Recommend strategies to achieve increased enrollment in Training program
  • Inter-face with other training institutions for Strategic Partnerships to increase enrollment
  • Meet expected quarterly enrollment targets
