Totalclean Technologies Limited is a company that specializes in industrial, office and residential cleaning and maintenance services. The company also has a sister company called Quicktask Limited , which provides errand services to people with busy lifestyles. We commenced operations in 2008 and have a current staff strength of over 60. The Head Office IS located in the Ikeja Business District of Lagos Nigeria.
The company seeks a young, self motivated and dynamic individual for the customer service role.
MAIN TASKS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Interacting with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
- Dealing with and helping to resolve any customer complaints.
- Helping to generate sales leads by informing customers about new services, promos etc.
- Sending out regular information to our clients on developments.
- Interacting with the company staff to pass and receive information necessary to address customers inquiries.
- Monitor the internet for any positive or negative feedback about our services or company, and then follow up on the feedback.
- Identify and report on social media trends
- Prepare and submit reports as requested by management on activities periodically
- Assist management in making decisions regarding improvements and or changes in our service delivery to clients
- Constantly source the internet and the news headlines for articles, stories and tips that are industry related and which can be posted to our social media accounts.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
