- Assist in recruitment procedures by organizing candidates for interview in consultation with the H R Manager.
- Employee orientation, development, training logistics and recordkeeping.
- Assisting with employee relations schedule sessions records briefing notes.
- Record keeping of compensation and benefits administration.
- Employee’s attendance, leave, safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and counselling.
- Maintaining employee’s file and the HR filing system under supervision of HR Manager.
- Helping in compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
- Company employee and community communication.
- Personal ongoing development.
- Assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR department.
