Our Company, Herbalpro Nigeria is into the sales and distribution of dietery health supplements. The company is currently in need of a Sales and Marketing Manager.
The desired candidate for this position must possess the underlisted key skills-:
Understanding of Weight Loss Products and Services
Understanding of Nutritional Products and Services
Digital Sales and Promotion
Network and Direct Marketing
Team Building and Empowerment.
Generates active pipeline of leads through team and self. Empower people on their weight loss journey and have the confidence and ability to sell them various weight loss products and regimes.
Monitors team to ensure performance and targets met of other team members.
Brings innovative sales ideas and boosts numbers
Manage multiple channels of sale simultaneously. Go getter attitude, someone that is proactive.
Building / Developing a strong sales team for Network Marketing / Direct Sales model.
This includes selling the company’s flagship herbal weight loss product, but also marketing of the other products and services to be offered by the company. This industry is built largely on word of mouth and success stories. The sales team will need to be well trained and developed to utilize on our current successes and spread the word and message through a diverse network of Nigerians looking to lose weight.

Maintain external relationships :
Take an active role in engaging and maintaining external relations, marketing firms, promotions firms, others. In addition, a solid foundation and relationship must be managed with the company’s brand ambassador to ensure a healthy relationship as well as the ability to leverage on this to increase sales.
Desired Candidate Profile:
