You will be in charge of answering any customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a customer database of information

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate person
  • Solve customer problems ranging from simple to complex and resolve complaints
  • Upsell customer account
  • Maintain call center database
  • Upkeep office equipment

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Punctuality and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • History of success in customer service
