- Assist the Group Legal Adviser and company secretary on all matters pertaining to company's day to day administration.
- Draft of company’s affirmative action, policies and procedures as it concerns staff.
- Ensure good legal filings.
- maintain a good filing system and handle confidential matters as the case may be.
- induction and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure renewal of contract service agreement.
- Proper office facilities management.
- Internal and External Conflict resolution
- Liasing with internal (staff) and external customers (regulatory bodies) on behalf of the company
