General HR and Administrative duties which includes and not limited to the underlisted:

  • Involved in Recruitment process and training needs.
  • Implementation of company’s affirmative action, policies and  procedures as it concerns staff.
  • Ensure staff details are kept up to date.
  • Review of weekly regional reports
  • Involved in staff appraisal.
  • Complete and approve transfer and leave forms
  • make meeting and travelling arrangement and coordinate visa applications
  • maintain a good filing system and handle confidential matters as the case may be.
  • Ensure implementation of Staff welfare policy accordingly.
  • Induction and orientation of  new employees.
  • compile utilisation/overtime reports for onward submission to the Accounts
  • Ensure renewal of contract service agreement.
  • Proper office facilities management.
  • Internal and External Conflict resolution
