To run all ground operations and deliver marketing strategy plan for the business which will entail advertising, branding and promotional activities both on and offline.
All activity to be effectively delivered within an agreed timeframe and -budgets, with measurable return on investment (ROI) on all promotions.
- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of Short-let objectives;
- Coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services;
- Managing and coordinating Your stay serviced apartments ensuring the smooth run of the managed business ;
- Budget management to deliver all marketing activity within agreed budget;
- Manage and deliver daily marketing activity for YOURSTAY in line with agreed marketing strategy in order to support the delivery of the Company’s revenue targets;
- Producing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual marketing reports for the Company detailing key achievements, activities undertaken and any future key initiatives;
- Planning and project managing all marketing events and evaluating their success;
- Set up and manage PR reputation of the Company; Set up standards for staff, clients and customers to adhere to Coordinate with other in-house departments to ensure effective running of the Company;
- Carry out any instruction issued by management in line with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain existing client relationship Organizing events, road shows, campaigns that would complement and supplement the concierge services within YOURSTAY portal. Develop and manage a post sales feed forward and feedback mechanism.
- Develop new businesses that would increase the marketability of the website and generate multiple revenue streams that would impact significantly on the sites bottom line.
