Job Details

  • Managing calendars, organising diaries, arranging travel, meetings and appointments.
  • Recording and updating databases and inventory, gathering information by phone, letters, email or in person.
  • Inventory management – purchase, sales, reconciliation and physical count along with the production of weekly inventory, expense and sales reports
  • Development of sales and marketing strategies, sales and revenue generation and follow up on sales leads, consistently ensuring that monthly sales targets are met.
  • Submitting information for office budget preparation, basic bookkeeping, scheduling expenditure, monitoring costs and analysing variances.
  • Managing general activities related to product and service creation and the sales and provision of created products and services.
  • Ordering of stationery, office supplies and equipment.
  • Supervision and monitoring of work staff and contract labour and suppliers.
  • Management of relations with clients and customers.
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Managing online marketplaces, online schools, physical courses and social media channels.
  • Content development – Graphics, photographs and quality content for social media and email marketing
  • Monitoring activity and posting content for and increasing followership on social media channels for the purpose of revenue generation.
  • Research of and assisting with trade shows, sales exhibitions and event planning including set up, sales and breakdown.
  • Preparation and production of reports and presentations.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Internet research skills.
  • Excellent communication (Oral and Written) skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload whilst remaining flexible.

  • Ability to relate with and satisfy clients and customers.
