Job Description

A renowned real estate company, who has for eleven (11) years, catered for Nigerian Low, Middle and High earned home occupiers, buyers and investors in acquiring real estate properties of their choice with flexible payment plan, is seeking Volume Sales Agents (VSA’s) to help generate qualified leads and sell real estate products and services pan Nigeria.

 

Job Roles

  • The ideal candidate should have flair in sales and marketing.
  • Sells products by leveraging on their social contacts and as well as establishing new contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • The VSA’s is expected to qualify and contact prospective clients and close deals.
  • Should be available to attend sales storming, events and trainings to improve knowledge.
  • Generate prospects pipeline as well as daily and weekly sales reports to team lead.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing after sales support, information and recommending new opportunities.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property.

Job Requirements

Minimum of one year of sales experience. Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.

Individual with excellent communication and persuasive skill, highly confident and goal oriented.

 

Qualification

OND, HND & B.Sc.  In any discipline
