This role provides support to management accountant by generating inputs into management accounts rendition and also manages the payroll and tax function of the organisation.
Prompt preparation of the monthly payroll
Computation of staff allowances /entitlements
Prompt preparation of schedule and remittance of all check off dues in accordance with regulatory provision.
Prepare Monthly payroll reports
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS/ RECONCILIATIONS
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.
Assist in monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist in posting of daily financial transactions.
Assist in producing quarterly and annual financial Statements and adhoc financial reports.
Prepare all tax returns in accordance to the Internal Revenue Service’s requirements.
Reconciling Payee and payroll with schedule
Avoiding penalties for tax and tax-related matters
Prepare and keep records/ files of PAYE and VAT remittances
Newly Qualified/Partly Qualified Chartered Accountant
Work Experience : Minimum 3 – 5 years
Keep records of WHT credit notes and other tax remittances.
