IT systems provider with offices in UK and USA wishes to start its new office in Nigeria in order to support our cinema clients.
15 existing locations in Nigeria need support, training and sales advice. The successful candidate will represent the company with onsite and remote technical support, training and advice in order to maximise our customers' success. Any remaining time will be spent in assisting with testing and other technical activities.
Requirements include demonstrable experience in:
Project management and budgeting
sql (or variant) databases
Linux (ideally ubuntu) operating systems

The successful candidate will have both excellent IT and troubleshooting credentials as well as the potential for broader business expertise.
You would liaise directly with colleagues in the UK (and sometimes the USA) in terms of remote training and management. On a day to day basis self-sufficiency and self-motivation is absolutely critical to the role's success and to the success of the company. You will also have highly motivated and intelligent colleagues in our strong UK and US teams and for these reasons the role is only suitable for very strong candidates.
