Human Resource Executive

Should carry HR background and working on similar role.

Education - preferably MBA HR or equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR ASSISTANT:

  • Assist in recruitment procedures by organizing candidates for interview in consultation with the H R Manager.
  • Employee orientation, development, training logistics and recordkeeping.
  • Assisting with employee relations schedule sessions records briefing notes.
  • Record keeping of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Employee’s attendance, leave, safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and counselling.
  • Maintaining employee’s file and the HR filing system under supervision of HR Manager.
  • Helping in compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Company employee and community communication.
  • Personal ongoing development.
  • Assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR department.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
