He or she shall monitor all the company’s operations and always evaluate them to see whether they all meet management’s intended purposes and objectives. Based on the outcome of the monitory and evaluation process, he or she shall always recommend to management the operations that may require modification or complete change. Also, he or she shall determine whether those performing such operations are qualified or not. He/she shall also recommend to management members of staff who need further training as well as those to be retrenched. He or she shall always be suggesting to management based on past experience policies and procedures which if formulated and implemented effectively will improves the standard of the company’s goods and services.
The position of the Monitoring and Evaluation officer requires some with a very sound mind who can think fast and take decisions without looking back or without compromising the company’ interest. Such a person must possess a minimum of First Degree or HND in any course; and must be computer literate.
