This function will be responsible for communicating with and managing current and potential new clients. Sales Administration, Service Administration and General Office Administration duties will also be assigned to this individual.
Education and Skills
- Degree [ Bsc, OND or HND ]
- Good customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written).
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Analytical and solution oriented.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Office Productivity Apps:Outlook, Word, Excel
- Manage and log customers service requests
- Schedule Technical Engineers
- Assist Technical Engineers and firm with Client Communications.
- Work with Management in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Manage Procurement & Delivery Process
- Manage a Variety of other sales activities
- Assist with Billing Process
- Coordinate team reports
