Reservation Agent Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of furnished residential properties & closing on reservation inquiries
  • Responding to inquiries for apartment bookings in a timely manner, vetting guest information & following up
  • Coordinating guest check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, supplies & fixes
  • Attending to and tracking issues in a timely manner & ensuring positive experiences for guests
  • Following up with reviews to ensure great ratings
  • Working with marketing partners to keep good relationships & ensure maximal utility
  • Business development – upselling, scouting for new clients both corporate (institutions) and individuals
  • Developing positive relationships with key stakeholders for the business
  • Researching relevant information needed for business development and growth
  • Keeping track of monthly income, revenue and expenses
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed



  • Motivated individual with an interest in hospitality, entrepreneurial and self driven
  • Cheerful, enjoys interacting with people
  • Problem solver, analytical and good communicator
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, sociable and hospitable
  • Results oriented and available to respond to messages or calls 24/7 every day of the week
