Job Description

  • Developing assessments for potential and current employees
  • Scouting, recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Creating and implementing human resources programs within the organization
  • Scheduling and overseeing training of new employees
  • Implementing new policies and systems for employees
  • Filling out presenting employee performance evaluations
  • Educating employees about HR practices and policies
  • Working on other functional areas in the business as needed
  • Researching relevant information needed for business development and growth
  • Assisting with other tasks as may be needed/required by the director & other staff

 

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program from a recognized university (preferably in Economics or Business)
  • Academic results on path to 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper
  • Previous experience in recruiting and HR work is a plus
  • Motivated individual with an interest in hospitality, real estate, entrepreneurial and self driven
  • Problem solver, analytical and good communicator
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, sociable and hospitable

 

Other Notes

  • Fixed monthly salary plus very attractive commission and incentives
  • Work hours are from 8a.m to 6p.m. and may require additional flexibility
  • Technology, Programming, Ms Excel skills are a plus
